Welcome to Atlas Dining Concierge – a curated network of premier dining partners. To ensure a premium experience for all members and protect the relationships that power our access, please follow these guidelines:

Member Standards

As an Atlas member, you represent our brand at every table. We ask that you:

Arrive on time for all reservations.
Treat all restaurant staff with courtesy and respect.
Avoid last-minute changes or cancellations.
Use reservations personally – they are non-transferable and require the Atlas member’s attendance.
Refrain from excessive modifications, no-shows, or inappropriate conduct.
Only request one dining reservation per mealtime. Any additional attempts will be declined.

Repeated violations may result in a temporary pause in dining concierge access and loss of access to certain restaurant partners.

Reservation Etiquette

Many of our top-tier restaurant partners track guest history closely.

Your reservation record – including past spend, timeliness, staff interactions, and cancellation frequency – can meaningfully impact your ability to secure a table.
Following these best practices help build long-term trust with restaurants and can improve outcomes over time.
Fulfillment, particularly at high-demand tables will be prioritized for members who actively use Atlas as their primary card and lifestyle service. This helps us preserve access for members who rely on Atlas most.
As a valued member of Atlas, please remember our payment policy. To access the most coveted dining reservations, all meals are required to be paid for with your Atlas card.

Modifications & Cancellations

We ask that all requests be made thoughtfully.

Reservations made at tier 1 restaurants are non-modifiable and once confirmed should be considered final
Frequent modifications or cancellations can strain relationships with our partners.
If multiple changes occur within a 30-day period, your dining concierge access may be temporarily paused.
Our team will notify you if this happens and provide details on next steps.
